Here she is in all her glory! The Dixieland Delight! We had a dream to give families not only move in ready homes but a home that felt brand new and custom.

This home was a diamond in the rough sitting on a corner lot just outside of the city on almost one acre. A rare find. Ranch style 1,300 square feet including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and family room.

The Dixie house was previously trashed, smoked in and the gutters had all fallen off. Over time it was sadly neglected. Which in our eyes is a great candidate for a flip. When everyone else is scared to tackle such a daunting project it leaves room for someone who is brave enough to make it amazing.

Paint Colors:

Interior walls and exterior paint color is Pure White by Sherwin Williams, front door color is Tin Lizzie by Sherwin Williams

Main bathroom vanity paint color is Solid Wood chalk paint from Magnolia sealed with sealing wax (liquid nails for the pole wrap)

Wood door in the entryway are stained with Briarsmoke by Varathane and a matte polycrylic, rub n buffed the handles
